You’re ready to feel and look amazing. But you don’t know what you should eat.
We look and feel our best when we are healthy. But what does eating healthy even look like? There’s so much information out there from unqualified influencers that it’s hard to know what’s right.
Worry not! All Nutritionist Meal Plans are designed by a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS), credentialed by the American Nutrition Association®. This credential requires a Master’s degree in nutrition, the passing of a comprehensive exam, 1000 hour internship, and regular continuing education. You can trust that all meal plans are designed based on the latest research and over 15 years of counseling and meal planning experience!
You want to enjoy what you are eating. Chicken on lettuce gets really boring, really fast.
Nutritionist Meal Plans focuses on interesting and easy to make meals. Plans are diverse but also minimize cooking by featuring things like 30 minute meals, one pan meals, and slow cooker recipes.
You struggle with meal planning. Who has time for all that?
Most of us don’t have time to plan out meals. We barely have enough time to eat lunch.
Good news! Nutritionist Meal Plans are designed to be healthy, easy and delicious. They come with a detailed shopping list and easy to follow recipes. If you don’t like something on your menu, you can easily use a Substitution Recipe Book to swap it out.
I am a professional nutritionist with over 15 years of experience.
I graduated in 2008 with my Bachelors of Science in Nutrition Communications from Arizona State University. After working in the field for several years I returned to school and earned a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition graduating with high honors from the University of Bridgeport. I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist®, credentialed by the American Nutrition Association® through its Board for Certification of Nutrition SpecialistsTM. I am also a Certified Nutritionist/Dietitian in the State of Connecticut where I have my private practice Evolved Nutrition, LLC.
In my personal life I am a happily married mother of two amazing kids. My favorite place to be is outside among nature walking, camping, or just enjoying the fresh air. I love to hike, cook, play cards, drink tea, and learn new things. I am also blessed with a very sweet dog and two equally sweet cats.
